Managing Partner
The Suites Collection began in 1993 with the inception of Court House Executive Offices in Chicago’s River North. Lee Dickson, managing partner and founder of The Suites Collection, had the vision to create one of the first independent Chicago executive suites operations. In 2001, Theatre District Business Center opened in the North Loop and the historic Tree Studios was launched in 2004.
Ms. Dickson has been in real estate brokerage for 20+ years and is an active woman business owner. She is a member of Chicago Association of Realtors, City Club of Chicago, NAWBO – Chicago, Boardroom Exchange Member, River North Association, Past President and Women in Retail Leasing.
Suites Managers
Each business center has a Professional Office Manager on site Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Suites Managers oversee daily operations and ensure that your needs are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Leasing Director
Our Leasing Director will work with your company to find the right fit for your new office. The Leasing Director answers questions about availability and pricing and will conduct your tour at any of our three business centers. Click here to contact our Leasing Director.
Receptionists
As representatives of your business, our Receptionists are professional, courteous and helpful to your visitors in person and on the telephone. Your phone calls are answered by our Receptionist during normal business hours and by voicemail thereafter.
