History

Court House Executive Offices is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the 101 West Grand Avenue building. This superb testament to the 19th century is located in the historic Court House District.

101 West Grand is a carefully restored fully appointed Victorian building originally erected in two phases between 1872 and 1874 immediately following the great Chcago fire. In the 1890's, it was known as the "Grand Palace Hotel."

Faced primarily in cut stone, Friedman Properties modified the building a century after its original construction with a new entry, interior upgrades and restoration of the dramatic lobby, with its high, vaulted ceiling.
