I'm tired of working at my kitchen table or at the Starbucks! Are there inexpensive alternatives?

There are small fully serviced offices in each of our centers. You can move in immediately with no up-front investment for furniture, phone system, copier, staffing, etc. As your needs change, you can expand to a larger suite or even to a different business center.

Is there a charge for conference room use?

Eight hours of free conference room time are included each month and the various meeting rooms are then available on an hourly basis. Schedule through the receptionist to use a conference room in any of our centers.

What is the average size of the suites?

There is a wide range of choices from corner window suites, single and double interior and exterior office spaces, and larger scale team rooms.

Will my phone be answered for me?  How do I get my messages?

Calls will either be routed through the receptionist or directed straight to your office with caller ID. If you are unable to take the call or are away from the office, calls will forward to voicemail which can be retrieved 24/7 from your office phone or remotely.

Is there a charge for utilities, nightly cleaning or coffee?

There is no charge for daily janitorial services, heating and air conditioning or electrical service. There is complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day.

What types of tenants occupy the centers?

There are traditional and creative tenants including salespeople, designers, consultants, financial services, attorneys, developers, brokers, etc. Many are entrepreneurs but some represent larger firms from other major cities making an entry into the Chicago market.

What security deposit is required?

The standard security deposit is equal to two month's license fee.
