I hate working out of my house! Are there inexpensive alternatives?
There are smaller offices in each of our centers. You can move in immediately with no up-front investment in furniture, phone system, copier, staffing, etc. As your needs change, you can move to a larger suite or even to a different business center.

Is there a charge for conference room use?
A set number of hours of free conference room time are included for your company each month. After this, the facilities are available on an hourly basis. Simply make arrangements through the receptionist who can schedule a conference room in any of our centers.

What is the average size of the suites?
There is a wide range of choices including corner window suites, single and partner interior and exterior offices, multi-member working pods and even larger scale team rooms.

Are high-speed internet connections offered?
Every office and conference room is pre-wired for high-speed internet connection.

Does the service include live telephone answering and how do I get my messages?
Calls will either be routed through the receptionist, answered with your company's name and then directed to your office or can be directed straight to your office. If you are unable to take the call or are away from the office, calls will forward to voicemail which can be retrieved 24/7 from your office phone or remotely.

Is the agreement on a month-to-month basis or a longer term?
To take advantage of our best rates, a 12-month term is the best option but we understand that sometimes space is only needed for a short time so we offer shorter terms, as well. Even month-to-month, if necessary.

Is there a charge for utilities and nightly cleaning?
There is no charge for janitorial services, heating and air conditioning or electrical service. There is also complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day.

What types of tenants occupy the facilities?
There are traditional and creative tenants including salespeople, designers, consultants, financial services, attorneys, developers, brokers, etc. Many are entrepreneurs but some represent larger firms from other major cities.

Are there offices currently available?
Because of the nature of our tenants' constantly changing situations, there are always offices available in our centers. We may need to stage a move for you until your ideal office is available.

What security deposit is required?
The standard security deposit is equal to two month's license fee.
