History
In the historic Court House Executive Offices, 101 West Grand is a carefully restored fully appointed Victorian building originally erected in two phases immediately following the Chicago fire between 1872 and 1874. In the 1890's, it was known as the "Grand Palace Hotel." Today, it is home to a myriad of creative businesses in a casual atmosphere.
