History

The Goodman Theatre Center promises to be one of Chicago's most exciting downtown developments in this era of urban renewal. It is a four-story corner property consisting of restaurants, retail and office space. This Friedman Properties development is connected by a shared lobby to the new Goodman Theatre. The stunning design includes floor to ceiling glass walls with 14' ceilings plus a myriad of other modern amenities.

Its design and location across from the setback Daley Center make it one of the most prominently visible sites from many points to the east and south. Dramatic nightly light shows draw crowds from across the Chicago area marking the Goodman Theatre Center as "the place to be" in Chicago.

The Goodman Theatre Center is located at the northwest corner of Randolph and Dearborn streets.
